Mo’orea is one of the 118 islands that make The French Polynesians. It is located northwest of Tahiti in the Pacific Ocean.

Transportation

The most common and least expensive way to get to Mo’orea is by ferry which takes approximately 45 minutes. Helicopters and plane are always an option but are pricey.

Views

Mo’orea is of volcanic origin, characterized by dramatic mountain peaks, lush green valleys and pristine beaches. It is a paradise for hikers and nature enthusiasts. October and March are busiest months because the ability to snorkel with Humpback whales.

You can feel the reverberations in your chest. It’s truly amazing.

The water in Mo’orea is known to be crystal clear except for in my video. It rained the night before and all morning causing the dirt and mud to run into the ocean making the video a little cloudy. That being said it gives me another reason to return.
